How we work

Three stages, no surprises. You know what happens at every moment, what it costs and when you will have it.

The same process applies to a three-week company website and a six-month platform. The scale changes, the way of working does not.

01

Discover

We understand the business before proposing anything.

We start with a 30-minute call to understand what you want to achieve, who you speak to and what you have today. If needed, we review your current site or system and talk to the people who use it.

With that we define the scope: what goes into this stage, what comes later and what is not worth doing. We prefer a small first project that works over a huge one that never ships.

Included in this stage

  • Kick-off call
  • Review of the current site or system
  • Scope definition
  • Technical assessment
  • Time estimate

What you get

A written proposal with scope, fixed price and delivery date, within 48 hours.

02

Build

You follow progress on a link, not in a report.

We design and code in short cycles. Every week we push a version to a staging environment so you can use it, show it around and tell us what to change. Small tweaks happen along the way; scope changes are discussed before they are made.

You talk directly to the people designing and writing the code. No middlemen or meeting minutes: a WhatsApp or Slack channel, a link to the latest version and a clear list of what is left.

Included in this stage

  • Interface design
  • Development
  • Staging environment
  • Weekly deliveries
  • Direct channel to the team

What you get

A new version to try every week and an up-to-date list of what is left.

03

Deliver

Going live is the beginning, not the end.

Before publishing we test everything: browsers, phones, forms, payments, speed and accessibility. We set up the domain, email, analytics and whatever else is needed so the launch does not depend on anyone else.

After launch we measure how people use it and fix what comes up. If you want, we continue with maintenance and improvements; if not, we leave everything documented with full access, because the project is yours.

Included in this stage

  • Full testing
  • Production deployment
  • Domain, email and analytics
  • Documentation and access
  • Optional maintenance

What you get

The project in production, in your name, fully documented and with the access in your hands.

Rules we do not negotiate

Fixed price

The quote is in writing and does not change unless the scope does. You will never get a surprise invoice.

No lock-in

Domain, hosting, code and access stay in your name. You can continue with us or with anyone else.

We warn early

If a deadline is at risk, we say so when we see it coming, not on delivery day.

Less is more

We would rather ship something simple that works today than promise something huge for next year.

Tell us what you want to build.

We reply within the day with next steps. No strings attached.
